Our Pole Teaser Class is designed for those students wanting to give Pole Dance a try. You will learn basic terminology, pole dance fundamentals and will have FUN! Our Pole Teaser class is the perfect way to get to know us and check out all we have to offer you along this new exciting journey.

This fun, Pole Dance class will have your heart pumping and your body having fun. Work on the instructor led spins, floor moves, transitions and pole dance combos at your own pace. The instructor will cater to your own level and ability. All levels welcome from Beginner to Advanced Pole Dancers.

Our Pole Flow class is based on a fusion of dance technique, basic principles of pole dance and artistic interpretation of the music and rhythm. After a deep warm-up we will work on different pole moves and transitions which will be put together into a beautiful pole flow sequence.
